Up to 20 new AI request attempts per account per UTC day. Attempts may count toward the daily allowance even when no credit is charged. Checking an existing request does not count again. Shared capacity may temporarily pause requests; unused credits remain available.
What one credit covers
One credit is used when you receive a usable AI parameter suggestion. A business rejection or confirmed generation failure uses no credit. If an outcome is unknown, the original request stays pending for recovery without sending it again or charging twice.
AI can help you explore settings; it cannot guarantee a production-ready print. Check the preview and export, and run a proof for your material and printing method. Save a delivered suggestion promptly: its recovery copy is short-lived, while unused purchased credits do not expire.
Google sign-in associates purchases and credits with your account. Free AI trials are currently unavailable.
Waffo handles payment and refunds. For a payment error, access problem or a feature not provided as described, use the Buyer Portal on your receipt or contact hello@makehalftone.com. An approved refund revokes that order’s remaining credits; statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
